This Privacy Policy explains how ProMED, LLC and ProMed Management Services Organization LP (collectively, “ProMED,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through promedprimarycare.com and any related websites, landing pages, online forms, digital tools, communications, and services that link to or reference this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site” or “Services”).

ProMED, LLC serves as the managing entity for the ProMED brand and related business operations, and ProMed Management Services Organization LP serves as the medical partnership and operational entity supporting the delivery, coordination, administration, and management of ProMED-branded services.
The Site promotes ProMED Longevity + Primary Care, a North Texas practice offering primary care and wellness-related services, including primary care, same-day sick visits, diagnostic screenings, chronic disease management, wound care, hormone-replacement therapy, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, longevity medicine, and aesthetics. The practice operates from two locations:

Business hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and closed Saturday and Sunday.

HIPAA Statement

Not all information collected through a website, online advertisement, general contact form, newsletter signup, or similar digital channel is necessarily PHI or subject to HIPAA. If you become a patient of an affiliated ProMED provider, clinic, or medical practice, your health information may also be governed by a separate patient-facing privacy notice or Notice of Privacy Practices provided by the applicable provider or clinical entity.

9. SMS/Text Messaging Program and Opt-In Practices
This section provides detailed information about how ProMED collects, uses, and protects information related to our SMS (Short Message Service) and text messaging program. This section applies to both our Arlington and Valley Ranch locations.
A. How We Collect SMS Opt-In Consent
We collect your consent to receive text messages through the following methods:
- Checking an opt-in box on our website contact forms, scheduling forms, or intake forms;
- Texting a keyword (such as “START” or “YES”) to a ProMED phone number;
- Providing verbal consent in person at either clinic location or over the phone;
- Completing a paper or digital intake form that includes SMS consent language;
- Opting in through a third-party scheduling platform (such as ZocDoc) that transmits your consent to us.
When you opt in, we record the date and time of your consent, the method by which consent was obtained, and the phone number to which messages will be sent.
B. What Information We Collect in Connection with SMS
In connection with our SMS program, we may collect and maintain the following information:
- your mobile phone number;
- your opt-in status (active, opted out, or pending);
- the date, time, and method of your opt-in consent;

C. How We Use SMS Opt-In Information

D. No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data with Third Parties
PROMED DOES NOT SELL, RENT, LEASE, LOAN, TRADE, SHARE, OR OTHERWISE DISCLOSE YOUR SMS OPT-IN CONSENT DATA, MOBILE PHONE NUMBER, OR ANY INFORMATION COLLECTED IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR OPT-IN TO OUR TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENABLING THIRD-PARTY MARKETING, ADVERTISING, OR PROMOTIONAL MESSAGING TO YOU.
This prohibition applies to all third parties, including but not limited to affiliates, subsidiaries, marketing partners, data brokers, advertising networks, and any other external entity. Your SMS opt-in information is used exclusively by ProMED for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
We may share your phone number with service providers (such as our SMS platform vendor) solely to the extent necessary to deliver text messages on our behalf, and such service providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own marketing purposes.
E. Opt-Out, STOP, and HELP
You may opt out of receiving text messages from ProMED at any time by replying STOP (or QUIT, CANCEL, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any text message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

F. Message Frequency and Data Rates
Message frequency varies. Recurring messages may be sent. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan. ProMED is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.
10. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- request access to certain personal information we maintain about you;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of certain information;
- opt out of marketing communications;
- opt out of SMS/text messages by replying STOP;
- request information about categories of information collected, used, or disclosed;
